Since we tailor our solutions, we would need to collect a small amount of information to provide an accurate breakdown of our pricing. How does HR Specialty Solutions handle data security?
HR Specialty Solutions takes data security very seriously. We background check all employees to make sure your data is as safe as possible at the human level. We use a highly encrypted share point site with strict access control over your data, we only send data through encrypted emails that require passwords to be generated by us before you can access the email with the files or links. These emails and links also “self-destruct” after so long in the event you forget to delete or remove them, this way your data does not sit in a server where someone can easily find it for long periods of time.
When we send data to you, we send it through our VPN network, so the secure email data is harder to track and find. Our employees must use multi factor authentication with physical security keys to access our share point system to ensure that passwords can’t be guessed. When you need to send us data, we send you a secure email so you can send your data to us encrypted, for added security we can call you and tell you the password at the length of your choosing to be added to the file for extra security.
We also require a minimum of 20 characters to access our share point and secure email sites, on top of the physical security keys, making it harder for hackers to gain any access to our servers. We maintain a cyber insurance policy in the unfortunate event that our data is ever compromised, as our commitment is to try and make it right.
Needless to say, we take data security very seriously, some might say too seriously, but when it comes to your organizations data, we say there is still room for more security and so we continue to look for ways to increase our security.
